Undergraduate Student
Sarah is an undergraduate at Harvard College studying Chemistry and Economics. She is interested in GPCR signaling and the structural basis of biased agonism. In the Kruse lab, she works on designing and characterizing GPCR chimeras to understand how receptor structure influences downstream signaling pathways. Before joining the lab, Sarah conducted cryo-EM research at Yale School of Medicine and computational enzymology research at Vanderbilt University. In her free time, she enjoys figure skating, playing the violin, and exploring biotech consulting.
